Menopause is a natural transition and rite of passage that all women will go through. For some, it may be an early, medically induced experience, but for most, it will be a journey that can start as early as 38, but usually around 45, and last for 5 – 15 years. This program is designed for women who want to embrace menopause naturally, without hormonal treatments.
Whether you want to get ahead of the game and get prepared or you’re currently going through the change and want to understand what’s happening. Perhaps you’re having a rough time and have seen a laundry list of doctors and specialists who tell you that unless you’re being medicated with Menopause Hormone Treatment (MHT), also known as Hormonal Replacement Therapy (HRT), there is nothing you can do to “treat” menopause. That’s simply not true – there are things you can do – they just weren’t trained about them.

We will all have a different menopause transition. Some may breeze through without breaking a sweat (pun intended), while others may feel all the things and have a rough ride. That’s why an individual program is personalized to you. No two programs are the same. Our initial sessions will be dedicated to getting to know you and your biology through comprehensively assessing your current wellness including health history, functional pathology, and/or genetic testing.
