September Spring Reset Terms & Conditions

• Qualification for discounts
  To qualify for the discount clients must register and pay in the month of September.
  To qualify for the plus one or plus two discounts all programs much be purchased together/at the same time

• Administration Fees
  There is a 5% levy for payment plans to cover admin fees.

• Cancellations and refunds
  Cancellation of program after registration and prior to plan being generated will be 50% of program cost. Cancellation of program after registration and plan generation (regardless of if its been presented to the client or not) will be 100% of the program cost.
  Programs can not be transferred to another client.

• Postponements
  Programs are designed to be completed within 12 weeks of commencement.
  A 1-month grace period may be considered under some circumstances i.e. personal health crisis or serious illness of self or member of the immediate family/household.
  Appointments not booked and used in that time will be forfeited.

• Appointments
  Appointment reminders are sent out prior to appointments.
  Clients can reschedule appointments via the Practice Better Portal prior to 24 hours.
  Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be forfeited.
  Missed appointments /no shows will be forfeited.

• Exclusions
  The program fee does not include the cost of pathology/blood tests which is required to generate a plan.
  The program fee does not include the cost of supplements. This is a food first program that does not require supplements however some clients may require extra support and therefore supplements may be recommended along with the program from time to time.

• Limitations
  This offer is limited to Australia and New Zealand.
  Consultations are conducted online via a secure tele-health system. You will require access to working internet and a camera for video calls.
  This is a food based program. You will be required to follow the recommendations and prepare your meals in order to achieve success.
  The discounted offer is limited to the first 20 registrations. The practitioner reserves the right to withdraw the offer before the end of the month in the event all allocations are reserved.

• Privacy
  All personal information collected during the registration and program process will be kept confidential and secure.
  Personal information will only be used for the purposes of providing the program and related services.
  We will not share your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
